It's okay...
I bought this for my husband who suffers from bad knees due to his service in the military. He said it did provide relief while wearing it but doesn't have long term affects in terms of pain control. It's also quite noisy and kinda annoying to hear while watching a movie. Overall, I think it would be great for those with mild to moderate joint pain.

I was not expecting this to work, but it does. Seems to fit any sized knee. The multiple heat and vibration settings really do the trick. Not sure yet what the difference between infrared and laser modes are, but you can choose either or both. Seems to have a long lasting battery, and is lightweight enough to not notice it. Really helps.
