Very impressed - this helped my neck a lot!
I was skeptical about this pillow, but WOW, I have spent money on a number of expensive style pillows in the past. But anyone knows with persistent neck pain, you're willing to try anything to be rid of it. Physio only goes so far when every night you go to sleep and undo all your recovery from the day. I was so desperate and this actually did WORK! The pillow is FIRM and shaped in a way that cradled my head and neck to prevent it from veering up in bed, PLUS side and side sleep frequently throughout the night and this prevented me from doing so in a way that gave me a crook neck. I love the raised sides that enable side sleeping and the dip in the middle that enables back sleep. I highly recommend you give it a try if you suffer neck pain due to sleep.

The Perfect Pillow
I've tried so many "neck support" pillows and this is the first one that actually works. The hollow center design makes a huge difference — it keeps my neck aligned without feeling stiff or awkward. Finally a Pillow That Actually Fixes Neck Pain

Fixed my stiff neck, worth the money!
This pillow fixed my sore neck after only 3 nights. I removed the optional insert and used the larger side, and after a few days sleep I felt better. It's certainly firm, but not painful to rest my chin down to my chest, not expecting this and am so pleasantly surprised. If you like a nice soft cloud like pillow that your head sinks into this is not the pillow for you, but if you want any proper support for your neck or chest this is comfortable and molds nicely as you sleep that allows you to relax all your muscles without the pain in the morning as well as an insert that can be removed.
